Hi Chloe,

Just a line to say how nice it was to meet and chat with you on the plane from Frankfurt to Manchester a few days ago -- and to say how much I like your music. Lovely.

You're probably safely back home by now, but don't hesitate to get in touch next time you're in the UK. I don't know to what extent the 70s Prog Rock nostalgia circuit intersects with that of the cool young, folk-influenced, singer-songwriter, but if I can be of any help …

I mentioned that Thea Gilmore is a pal; well an even older friend, is her husband and producer, Nigel Stonier -- a pre-eminent figure in the UK folk scene. Check 'em out: www.theagilmore.net

Also, Sara Austin, her erstwhile Manager and mentor, has just relocated to Melbourne. She has retired from "the business" but she is a repository of contacts and a lovely person.

And don't forget; keep up with those "Querilous Inflection" classes ;-) .

Warm regards.
